Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Let Me Hypnotize You, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space for deep transformation and healing. In order to honour your time and mine, please review the following policy regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Payment Terms

To secure your session, full payment must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

Payment is currently accepted via bank transfer only or through my website Bank details will be provided upon booking.

For packages or multi-session programs, full payment is required in advance, unless a written agreement is made for a payment plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours notice to avoid any fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or extended.

3. Refund Policy

As hypnotherapy is a time-based service, no refunds are provided once a session has taken place.

For prepaid packages:

If you choose not to continue, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, minus any sessions already used and an administrative fee of £15.

No refunds are issued for partially completed packages unless exceptional circumstances apply.

4. Exceptions & Emergencies

I understand that unexpected events can happen. In rare and genuine cases, I may offer a partial refund or rescheduling flexibility at my discretion, handled with care and understanding.

5. Digital Products (Recordings, MP3s, Online Programs)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once accessed or downloaded. No refunds will be provided for digital products.

6. Agreement

By booking a session with Let Me Hypnotize You, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
